VENDOR GUIDELINES
📌 Vendor Guidelines
To ensure a beautiful, organized, and empowering experience for all, please review the following:
1. Vendor Fee
$100 — non-refundable upon acceptance.
2. Vendor Setup
Vendor setup is 2 hours before the event begins.
Vendors must be fully set up 30 minutes before doors open.
Tear-down begins only after the event ends.
3. Space & Table
You will receive one table + 1–2 chairs.
Vendors must provide their own table décor and displays.
4. Staffing
Includes 2 conference wristbands — enough for you + your assistant.
5. Sales & Taxes
Vendors are responsible for their own inventory, sales processing, and tax compliance.
6. Category Exclusivity
We aim for one vendor per category whenever possible. Approval is first come, first approved.
7. Professionalism
All vendors must maintain a positive, respectful, and uplifting presence during the entire event.
8. Product Requirements
Products/services must be appropriate, safe, and aligned with the empowerment-focused environment.
9. No-Shows
Vendor fees are non-refundable due to guaranteed space and printed materials.
